Melinda Warfel is a native of Texas and has been a part of the NW Austin community since 1996. She moved to the Austin area shortly after graduating from Texas Tech University where she completed a Bachelor’s of Business degree with an emphasis in Marketing. Surprisingly, much of Melinda’s career has not been spent in real estate but with industries as diverse as a luxury homebuilder, frozen food manufacturer, packaging manufacturer and property preservation for homes in foreclosure. The common thread was being able to utilize her ability to provide solutions in complex situations and knowing how to develop relationships that create results. Years of marketing experience, a devotion to serving others, outstanding work ethic and a passion for doing things better and smarter are all hallmarks of Melinda's career. Obtaining her real estate license seemed like the perfect next step in her career. She is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and taking those years in service-oriented roles to the next step by providing her clients with a peace-of-mind real estate experience at every price point. Melinda and her husband Bob reside in the Leander/Cedar Park area with their family where they enjoy spending time with friends, watching movies and creating family outings that explore our area and create memories.
